After purchasing and paying for the item, you will automatically receive the return label as a PDF to the e-mail address stored in your customer account.
In accordance with the statutory provisions and our cancellation policy, you as the buyer bear the costs of the regular return shipment.
Only in the case of a justified and approved complaint, which is checked in our company after the return, will you also be reimbursed for the costs of the DHL return label.
