Our RaceTech wheel spacers differ from normal wheel spacers in terms of technology and weight! Based on various geometric adjustments, the RaceTech system allows us to make aluminium wheel spacers even lighter than they already are. You benefit from the lighter wheel spacers as the unsprung masses are reduced, which improves the physical handling of the vehicle. SYSTEM 2PB

The double centering system was specially developed for BMW M models. As the centering pins of the wheel hub on new BMW M models are offset differently to the boltholes, the System 2PB has been developed as a two-part system. This means that the studs and boltholes of the wheel spacers can always be turned to match each other. The centering of the wheel spacer and the wheel hub are offset, which is why the System 2PB can be implemented in small thicknesses from 5 mm. Wheel mounting parts that are longer by the thickness of the disk are required and must be ordered separately. SYSTEM UST

In principle, the use of wheel spacers in conjunction with steel rims is only possible if the steel rims have a flat contact surface. Alternatively, wheel spacers can be easily combined with steel rims by using a stainless steel spacer from our range specially adapted for your SCC wheel spacer, which is placed between the steel rim and the wheel spacer. This universal stainless steel washer can be combined with all our systems, but must be adapted exactly to your existing aluminium wheel spacer, as the technical criteria such as diameter, hub hole bore and chamfering must be consistent. This means that each stainless steel disk is manufactured exactly to your personal requirements. The thickness of the stainless steel washer is three millimetres, which must of course be taken into account in the overall offset. The stainless steel washer is of course covered by our strength certificate and can therefore be registered. Wheel mounting parts that are longer by the thickness of the disk are required and must be ordered separately. The permanently bolted System 3 is attached to the vehicle using the fastening materials supplied. The wheel can then be attached to the wheel spacer using the original wheel nuts. For thicknesses of less than 30 mm, the wheels must have recesses for the standard bolts in the contact surface. However, this is usually the case with standard wheels. A special high-strength aluminium-magnesium alloy is used for this system. This achieves a tensile strength of 520 Nm - similar to tool steel. No longer knurled bolts are required - so in most cases the system is 'plug-and-play'.

Shorter wheel bolts may only be required to attach the wheels for thicknesses of less than 25 mm. A special, high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy is used for this system. This achieves a tensile strength of 520 Nm - similar to tool steel. As a rule, no additional wheel bolts are required - in most cases, the system is therefore 'plug-and-play'.

Shorter wheel bolts may only be required to attach the wheels for thicknesses of less than 25 mm. This system is only available in silver or black anodized. The steel threaded bushes used ensure a secure and particularly durable attachment of your wheels.

With our adapter System 2, the centering between the vehicle and wheel can be adjusted. Just like System 2, its double centering ensures optimum handling and prevents unwanted vibrations. Depending on the application, this system is possible from a thickness of 3 mm, whereby the original fastening material can generally be used. For thicknesses of more than 3 mm, longer wheel bolts or knurled bolts are required, which must be ordered separately. The spacers are attached to the vehicle using the fastening materials supplied. The wheel can then be attached to the stud bolts of the wheel spacer using the original wheel nuts. No longer knurled studs are required for System 3 disks - in most cases, the system is therefore 'plug-and-play'. The bolt circle, centering and thread can be adapted - however, the number of mounting holes on the vehicle and rim side must remain identical, e.g. 5-hole to 5-hole.

Adapter discs from our System 4 are firmly bolted to the vehicle and ensure optimum handling thanks to their double centering. The adapters are attached to the vehicle using the fastening materials supplied. The rim can then be attached to the wheel spacer using the original wheel bolts - the system is therefore 'plug-and-play'. With System 4, the threads are either cut directly into the alloy or additionally reinforced with a stainless steel thread insert (4H) to reduce wear. It is optionally available as an uncoated or colour-anodized version. You can select the colour of the anodization and the type of screw thread on the details page of the respective wheel spacer. The bolt circle, centering and thread can be adapted - however, the number of mounting holes on the vehicle and rim side must remain identical, e.g. 5-hole to 5-hole.

The adapter System 4L basically corresponds to system 4, whereby the number of holes and centering can be changed if the vehicle has a wheel bolt connection. In this case, the bolt circle must remain the same (e.g. 100/4 * 100/5), only the number of holes may differ. The fastening materials required for mounting on the vehicle are included in the scope of delivery. The original wheel bolts can generally continue to be used. Only one additional, longer wheel bolt (length = original bolt + washer thickness) per wheel is required for fastening.

The adapter System X is characterized by a large variety and is used if your desired adaptation cannot be mapped by our other adapter systems for technical reasons. It consists of two individual adapter disks. The first disk (A) of this system is bolted directly to the vehicle, i.e. the bolt circle and the number of holes correspond to the series data of your vehicle. The second disk (B) is then mounted on disk (A) using a connecting bolt circle and is used to mount the new rim using bolts or nuts. A distinction is made between system 3X (integrated stud bolts in disk B) and system 4X (screw thread in disk B). This system increases the number of technically possible adaptations compared to the adaptation with a washer and with our System X we can also map more complex adaptations, e.g. bolt circle and number of holes: Example vehicle: 100/4 * 57.1 (VW Golf II) Rim: 112/5 * 66.6 (Mercedes-Benz). All systems are available uncoated and silver or black anodized. The maximum permissible load per wheel is 510 kg. Please note that a reduction in the number of holes, e.g. vehicle 5-hole and rim 4-hole, is not permitted! The minimum thickness for the adapter system X is usually at least 30 mm, depending on the version.
