Return of goods
The return of custom-made products is fundamentally excluded.
Returns must be completely and securely packaged and RMA papers must be enclosed.
Please note that a service fee of €5.00 net will be charged for returns without RMA papers and will be deducted from the credit.
After checking for completeness, only the defect-free goods will be credited for further use according to the following scheme:
- Return deliveries within 4 weeks without restocking fee
- Return deliveries within 3 months with a 5% restocking fee
- Return deliveries within 12 months incur a 25% restocking fee
Please note that commercial returns are purely based on goodwill and therefore no payment of the credit note is possible. Merchandise credits can only be offset against future deliveries of goods.
